Hi! My name is Savannah

Let’s get real. Life is hard, and as imperfect human beings we all face challenges that can make us feel alone, uncertain, and scared. Whether you are facing changes in your life, relationship difficulties, or overwhelming feelings of stress or hopelessness, I am here for you. When challenges like these arise in our lives, it can feel scary to take the steps to seek out a safe outlet for support. If you are ready for change I am here to empower, encourage, and walk alongside you. Our work together will be based on creating a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you can be yourself. It takes a lot to be vulnerable, and I appreciate you taking a courageous step towards your journey of healing.
Therapy is one of the many places where you can sort your thoughts, feelings, and options for creating sustainable change in your life. I believe in meeting clients where they are in life and collaborating to create achievable goals. I strive to ensure clients feel empowered to achieve their full potential and improve their overall quality of life. I am passionate about helping adolescents, couples, families, and adults and I take an integrative approach towards healing. I may use a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and/or person-centered therapy. I view clients through a wellness lens, because I believe in treating the whole person rather than just one part.
Treatment will be specifically tailored to suit your particular needs in order to reach and sustain your overall wellness.
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Psychology, and a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I have experience in providing individual, adolescent, group, family, and couples therapy to a diverse set of individuals. I work with a wide variety of human experiences including anxiety, depression, social skills, conflict resolution, grief, family and relationship problems, self-esteem, and many others. I continue to evolve my counseling skills by acquiring additional trainings and
certifications. I look forward to meeting you and helping you work towards a healthier you.
