Being an adolescent is hard; you are trying to find out who you are, trying to fit in, trying to listen to your parents, and trying to be yourself. You might be feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. Maybe you have heard about therapy before and are wondering if it is for you and if it can help you. Therapy can help you learn healthy coping skills, improve communication skills so that others are more likely to listen to you, and most importantly therapy can be a safe space for you to be yourself. 
We have experience working with adolescents struggling with low self-esteem, stress, depression, anxiety, behavior issues, life transitions and changes.
