Helping you feel understood, recognize the patterns shaping your life, and create meaningful change with greater self-awareness and intention.

There are times when you know something doesn’t feel right, but you may not know exactly what needs to change. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, affected by experiences from your past, or caught in patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships. You may be a teen trying to understand emotions that feel bigger than you know how to manage, a young adult figuring out who you are and what you want, or an adult or couple trying to navigate a difficult season. Wherever you are, having a place where you feel genuinely heard and understood can make a meaningful difference.
I believe therapy should give you room to be yourself while also helping you look at the things that may be difficult to see on your own. I listen closely, pay attention to the details, and work with you to understand not only what you’re experiencing, but what may be underneath it. Our work is collaborative and tailored to you. There will be moments for compassion and softness, and there will also be moments when I gently challenge you to look at a pattern, consider a different perspective, or try something new. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of navigating emotions and relationships, and make changes that feel meaningful in your everyday life.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Michelle Temofonte, M.A., LPC-S. My experience includes working with clients across different stages of life and with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based techniques. I also provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you begin. I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and an openness to understanding your experience while also helping you recognize what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, notice the things that may have been easy to overlook, and create changes that help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to live.

A Glimpse Into My World

How I Recharge
Nature walks, listening to music, and keeping my space clean and organized are some of my favorite ways to reset and feel more present.
The Little Things I Love
I enjoy drawing and coloring, spending time with my dogs, reading thriller novels, caring for my plants, and discovering new food spots—especially when there’s a sweet treat involved.
