Helping people across every stage of life feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal through a personalized approach that honors their individual needs.

You may know that something in your life needs to change, even if you don’t know exactly where to begin. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, carrying the effects of painful experiences, navigating changes in your relationships or family, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel difficult to understand. These experiences can happen at any stage of life, and each season brings its own challenges. Whether you’re younger and learning how to understand yourself, navigating the complexities of adulthood, or moving through a later chapter of life, I believe therapy begins with genuine connection—having someone take the time to understand who you are, what you’ve experienced, and what you need.
Therapy with me is collaborative, holistic, and personalized to you. I pay close attention not only to what you share, but also to patterns, emotions, and subtle details that can help us better understand what you’re experiencing. Depending on what works best for you, our sessions may include conversation, practical skills, mindfulness, art, experiential activities, or other creative approaches. These tools can be meaningful at any age, and I adapt them based on your personality, needs, and goals. My clinical approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Family Systems, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care. My clinical training and careful attention to each client guide how I adapt our work so that therapy feels relevant, purposeful, and uniquely yours.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and earned my Master of Social Work from Baylor University. My experience includes working with clients across the lifespan, from younger clients and teenagers to adults and older adults, as well as facilitating parent and family sessions when they can contribute to the therapeutic process. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges, and I continue expanding my clinical knowledge and training because I believe every client deserves care that reflects both who they are and what they need. My own mental health journey has also strengthened my belief in the power of genuine connection and meaningful change.
You don’t need to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what you need or having the right words to explain what you’re experiencing. We can discover that together. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect while paying careful attention to the person you are and the life experiences that have shaped you. There is no single way that healing is supposed to look, and there is no age at which meaningful change stops being possible. Your healing journey is uniquely yours, and it would be my greatest honor to walk alongside you as you navigate it.

A Glimpse Into My World

How I Recharge
Cooking, reading, going for walks, exercising, and listening to music are some of my favorite ways to recharge and take care of myself.
What Brings Me Joy
I love spending time with my family and friends, cuddling my fur babies, and expressing myself through journaling and creative writing. Connection and creativity are important parts of my life.
