Hi! I'm Franco
A key part of my practice is creating a kind and welcoming atmosphere where clients feel safe and supported. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. My goal is to provide compassionate care and help my clients thrive.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Catrina Drinning-Davis, LPC-S. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. As a mental health therapist, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, considering the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life.
My counseling theories primarily encompass Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Accomplished Commitment Therapy. My expertise lies in providing individual counseling, stress and crisis intervention, coping strategies for anxiety and depression, and comprehensive treatment planning.
Recently, I relocated from Florida to Texas. Prior to my career in counseling, I competed at international and collegiate levels as an athlete, which provided me with the valuable experience of working with high-performing athletes and individuals across diverse communities.
I’m passionate about helping clients manage stressors in developmental stages or life transitions. I aim to work together to recognize your goals, embrace authenticity, develop strong character, and realize your talents. Additionally, my multilingual proficiency enables me to also provide services in English, Spanish, and Italian.
I genuinely believe in supporting individuals to navigate significant life transitions or embarking on new chapters. I’m confident that therapy can be a powerful catalyst for growth and a source of immense fulfillment.
