Hi, I'm Samantha
Hello and welcome! It is my greatest honor to join you as you navigate your wellness journey. Wherever you are on your path, I am here to stand beside you and empower you along the way. As we develop our therapeutic relationship, my priority is to create a safe space, develop a genuine connection, and build mutual trust.
Whether you are desiring to create positive changes related to depression, anxiety, or processing trauma, I am here to support your unique needs and strengths. I use a combination of Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Experiential, Strengths-Based, & Mindfulness-Based therapies and frameworks, with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed Care, and cultural awareness.
I enjoy working with individuals (teens and adults). I also enjoy facilitating relational healing through parent and family sessions as needed. My approach is heavily collaborative and holistic, based on each person’s needs and goals. As we team up, my main priority is to facilitate healing and offer the space for you to be celebrated and grow.
A little about me, I am a proud auntie of 8 and counting! I have an affinity for animals and food/cooking. Apart from my education and professional experience, my own mental health journey has been my greatest testimony to my strong belief in the power of connection and change. I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) supervised by Mor Regev LCSW-S. I received my Master of Social Work through Baylor University in 2023. I understand the importance of a client and therapist relationship and am devoted to your healing journey.

A warm thank you for your time and consideration.
