The teenage years can be very hard for kids, nowadays with social media they face a lot of issues that the prior generation didn't and since speaking with their parents isn't the easiest thing for children, you want to make sure they have someone they can not only speak with but can help them feel better about themselves and prepare them on how to handle these new obstacles. Mental health is super important and being prepared and in a good state of mind to handle the tougher situations is vital to success.
